Any difference in shipping cost due to weight and/or location will be charged to customer (we will notify you if this applies). Return orders can be processed by printing a RETURN/ EXCHANGE FORM on the AntonioAnsaldi.com Customer Service page. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returned orders unless an item/shipping error by Antonio Ansaldi Clothing Company occurs. Domestic orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase. International orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned Domestic orders received after 14 days and International orders received after 30 days are non-refundable, only merchandise credit will be issued. Any item returned that is not in its original condition/packaging or has been worn, stained, washed/dry cleaned, altered and/or is without all original tags and stickers, contains pet fur or is deemed non-resellable will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for any damages. It is recommended that you insure packages to protect yourself in case of a claim/loss issue.
